Our "Insurance Investigations" portfolio is personally supervised by our Managing Director Ron McQuilter CFE who is an industry leader in this particular area of expertise.
Ron has lectured to insurers, claims staff and run full-day insurance fraud investigation training seminars.
Ron is a regular guest speaker at several insurance meetings, the most recent being his participation in three workshops in July this year for the Australia and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. He has been asked to chair the New Zealand Insurance Fraud Conference in Auckland on 17 September 2008. He was asked to speak at the New Zealand Insurance Ombudsman's Inaugural Conference and has facilitated at other insurance fraud conferences. He has been asked to consult to insurers on claims management and investigation processes.
Having been investigating insurance claims since the early 80's we have dealt with every type of claim and often in overseas countries.
We are especially proud of our nationwide team of highly experienced investigators who are all willing to share their skills for the benefit of the team, and to work to established templates and systems.
